What's included in the base price?
All packages include professional photography, basic editing, high-resolution digital images, and an online gallery. Specific inclusions vary by package level.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your date and the remaining 50% is paid after the shoot.
Can I add extra hours to my package?
Additional hours can be added to any package at 600,000 VND per hour per person. We recommend discussing this during your consultation.
What if I need to reschedule my event?
We understand that plans can change. We offer flexible rescheduling options with no additional fees, subject to availability.
Do you charge for travel outside the city?
Yes, we have different rates for suburban, provincial, and long-distance coverage, plus actual travel expenses when needed.
